Philosophy and
History
Dynamik Technologies was started in 1992 to help companies leverage
their information systems and make use of the technology for purposes
beyond the standard accounting and MRP software packages being used
at the time. While we still provided basic network infrastructure
services, in 1996 we became a Lotus Premier Business Partner and
focused on providing business workflow applications and messaging
systems. As our applications business grew with customers such as
CMS Energy and Royal Macabees Insurance, we continued to work closely
with Lotus and IBM as a key business partner in the Great Lakes
region. In fact, we directly helped IBM create certification exams
for Domino in the iSeries.
In 1998, we transitioned to IBM PartnerWorld and began developing
IBM WebSphere solutions with a focus on extending back-end systems
integration to support new business processes and applications.
Because our solutions often involved an intimate look at our customer's
business models and processes, we quickly became specialists at
commerce and supply chain practices. Over the years we've helped
customers such as Art Van Furniture, Genesys Health Systems, Alro
Steel and DME Company optimize their business models and open new
channels of revenue.
In 2005, we expanded our operations to new facilities in Troy,
Michigan. Our new facility houses an expanded data and hosting center,
and allows us to continue our growth and better service our clients
across the Midwest.
