This site makes extensive use of the marketing features built into IBM WebSphere Commerce. As you click through he system and order products, watch the e-marketing spots change as your shopping behavior changes. You’ll be offered cross-selling and upgrade opportunities in context with your shopping patterns. This is a common practice in B2B environments where a hosting company only does business with a pre-qualified set of customers. Often the use accounts will be synchronized with a customer master file running on a back-end ERP system.
