- Response Time: Choose from 4 or 8 hr response times
- Remote Services: First 2 hrs of every support call is included

- Application of patches and hot fixes released by IBM that specifically
address problems experienced by you, the customer
- Feature deployment assistance
- One minor point release upgrade of the server platform per
